Yes, there is a limit, sea water cannot keep getting saltier forever. Sea water is a solution of water and salt, i.e., the salt is dissolved in the water. But solubility, the ability of a material to dissolve in another, has a limit called saturation.

About the same tonnage of salt from ocean water probably is deposited as sediment on the ocean bottom and thus, yearly gains may offset yearly losses. In other words, the ocean today probably has a balanced salt input and output (and so the ocean is no longer getting saltier).

A litre of seawater contains around 35g of dissolved salt, so desalinating the entire ocean would involve removing 45 million billion tonnes of salt. The sudden reduction in weight pressing on the seabed would probably trigger earthquakes and volcanoes around the globe.
