Reclassification is the process of reassigning one or more values in a raster dataset to new output values. The Reclassify tool is available in the Spatial Analyst extension in both ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro.

A reclassification occurs when job duties, responsibilities, and required qualifications of a position are re- evaluated and the position is assigned a new higher-level title that may also warrant a higher rate of pay.
When can you use the reclassify transaction tool?
You can use the reclassify tool for most transactions. However, there are a few you can’t since they’re tied to specific accounts and features: You can’t change the payment account (bank or credit card) for expenses.

VISAA Rules Prohibit Reclassification of Students who Have Started Their Senior Year. Although, a student athlete may choose to reclassify (repeat a grade level) and not lose a year of eligibility, provided they are full qualifiers after the first 8 semesters of High School.

- Select the document’s Information icon and click on the blue Reclassify link:
- Choose a new Document Type.
- Click the Advanced link.
- All three settings can be changed.
- Confirm the changes by clicking OK.

Click the Classify button. Click the Method arrow and click Manual. Click the up/down arrow of the Classes input box until the desired number of classes is reached. Click and drag the class breaks to the desired position.
