How do I share a map on Carto?
When you create a map, it’s always private by default. Once you have added data and a title to your map, the Share button will be enabled and you will be able to share your maps with your organization, by clicking the Share button on the top-right to open the sharing options.
What are the problems with qualitative maps?
In a qualitative map, each is considered a unique category. The problem here is that you can’t pick over 100 colors that are easy enough to distinguish from one another, with the map still appearing as if each category had equal importance. In this type of situation grouping data into larger categories is the best bet.
What is a Carto map?
Carto is an online mapping platform that helps users visualize spatial data and analysis. Carto requires datasets to have geo-spatial information, usually in the form of latitude and longitude columns. It requires that geo-location data to plot data in very precise locations on a map.
