Set coordinate origin to the top left corner
Geographic Information SystemsWhat is the coordinate of the top left corner of an image?
The upper-left raster image corner is always pixel (0.0, 0.0) or (1.0,1.0) if PIXEL_ORIGIN is set to 1, independantly of the raster content. Therefore, the ULYMAP coordinate of a rotated image with black edges will be the top-most location of the raster (and not the corner of the rotated image).
