How do you interpolate point data in Arcgis?

Point to the Elevation points layer and click Perform Analysis. Click Analyze Patterns. Click Interpolate Points. You’ll fill in the fields in the pane for the analysis.

How do you cut polygon features along the boundary of existing polygons?

Procedure

  1. Select both polygons.
  2. On the Editor toolbar, set the ‘target layer’ to the layer containing the polygon to be cut.
  3. Set task to Cut Polygon Feature.
  4. Set the snapping environment to the polygon to be cut.
  5. Trace that polygon or right-click and select Replace Sketch. Finish Sketch on the cut polygon.
