Image Mosaicing is a method of constructing multiple images of the same scene into a larger image. The output of the image mosaic will be the union of two input images. Image-mosaicing algorithms are used to get mosaiced image.
What is the process of mosaicking?
In a nutshell, image mosaicking is the process of merging two or more images with overlapping areas into a single view with an indistinguishable seamline (Burt and Adelson, 1983).
