Moda West 24-Pack Backpacks: Bulk Buy or Budget Bust?
ReviewOkay, so you know I’m always hunting for a good deal, right? Especially when it comes to helping out with local schools. So, when I stumbled upon the Moda West 24-Pack Wholesale Backpacks, my interest was definitely piqued. A whole case of backpacks at a wholesale price? Sounded perfect for our annual back-to-school drive. But, you know what they say – if it sounds too good to be true…
First Look:
The box arrived, and wow, it was HUGE. Twenty-four backpacks, all wrapped up separately. Not bad! Getting them out, the design was pretty basic – nothing fancy. Just your run-of-the-mill backpack with a main zipper thingy and a smaller pocket in the front. The black color is fine, goes with everything. Though, they do have other colors if you’re feeling wild.
The Nitty-Gritty (aka, the Quality):
Alright, here’s where I get a little hesitant. They’re made of that 600D polyester stuff. It’s okay, I guess. But honestly? I wouldn’t trust these with a ton of heavy books. Little kids? Probably fine. High schoolers hauling around a million textbooks? I’m not so sure.
And, I gotta be honest, there was a bit of a smell when I opened them up. Like a faint chemical-y thing. Hopefully, that’ll go away after a bit of airing out. Just something to keep in mind if you’ve got a sensitive nose.
Who Are These Actually Good For?
Okay, so they aren’t perfect. But I can totally see these working for a few things:
- Charity Stuff: If you’re doing a back-to-school thing or helping out the community, these are a super cheap way to get backpacks to kids who need them.
- Promotions: Businesses could slap their logo on these and give them away. Boom, instant advertising!
- Light Loads: For the little ones, or if you just need something to carry a few things, these would probably be fine.
My Two Cents:
We ended up using these for our elementary school thing. I was a little worried about them falling apart, but the kids were so excited to get them! We stuffed them with pencils and notebooks, and it really made a difference. Seriously heartwarming.
The Bottom Line:

So, the Moda West 24-Pack Backpacks? They’re cheap. Like, really cheap. If you need a ton of backpacks and you’re on a tight budget, they could work. Just don’t expect them to last forever. If you want something that’ll survive a nuclear apocalypse, you might want to spend a bit more. But for simple stuff, these do the trick. Just, you know, let them air out a bit first!
