Click on the Vector menu, Data Management tools, Merge Shapefiles to One
Process
- Select the folder where the two (or more) shapefiles you want to merge are located using the Browse button.
- Click browse next to Output shapefile, find your working folder, and name the output shapefile.
- Click OK.
How do I merge shapefiles in GIS?
Merging Shapefiles in ArcGIS Desktop
- Add two or more shapefiles in ArcGIS Desktop.
- Select Geoprocessing.
- Select Merge.
- See Merge Tool screen.
- Add the two or more shapefiles in Input Datasets.
- Save the Output Dataset.
- Name the Output shapefile.
- Press OK.
How do I combine attributes in QGIS?
Quote from video: Choose the joins tab. And click the plus to add a new join. Here you see that it automatically already sees that the station. Numbers are the same in both tables.
