How do you outline a polygon in ArcGIS pro?

Open the ArcGIS Pro project. In the Contents pane, right-click the feature layer, and click Symbology. In the Symbology – pane, on the Primary symbology tab, select Unique Values from the drop-down list. Scroll down to and double-click the symbol to open the Format Polygon Symbol pane.
 

How do you join polygons with points?

To begin making a spatial join between a polygon layer and a point layer, right click on the polygon layer in the table of contents, and choose Joins and Relates>Join. The join dialogue opens. Make sure that in the dropdown at the top you have chosen “Join data from another layer based on spatial location.”

  2. On the Editor toolbar, set the ‘target layer’ to the layer containing the polygon to be cut.
  3. Set task to Cut Polygon Feature.
  4. Set the snapping environment to the polygon to be cut.
  5. Trace that polygon or right-click and select Replace Sketch. Finish Sketch on the cut polygon.

 

How do you split a polygon with a line in ArcGIS pro?

Split a polygon feature

  1. In the Contents pane, confirm that the layers can be edited and are visible.
  2. On the ribbon, click the Edit tab.
  3. In the Modify Features pane, click Split .
  4. In the tool pane, click the Interactive tab.
  5. Check or uncheck Allow splitting without a selection.

How do you combine polygons and polylines?

  1. Click the Edit tool. on the Editor toolbar.
  2. Click the features you want to merge. The features must be from the same layer.
  3. Click the Editor menu and click Merge.
  4. Click the feature that the features will be merged into and will supply the attributes for the merged feature.
