Where can I find data UK?
You can use data.gov.uk to search and browse published datasets. Alternatively, you can use an API to search and get data from data.gov.uk. If you cannot find the data you need, you can send a data request.
What is the ONS index of place names?
About the IPN
The IPN is a gazetteer linking over 70,000 named places in England and Wales to their respective administrative, health and electoral areas. It also relates places to registration districts, built-up areas and national parks.
How many LSOAs are there in England?
Outputs from Census 2021 are for 2021 LSOAs and are made up of unchanged 2011 LSOAs and new 2021 LSOAs. There are 33,755 LSOAs in England and 1,917 in Wales.
What are the local demographics of the UK?

The ONS collects data from both survey and non-survey sources. Our survey sources include individuals, households, public bodies and businesses, as well as the census in England and Wales every 10 years.
