Joining attributes in one table to another
- In the table of contents, right-click the layer or table you want to join, point to Joins and Relates, then click Join.
- Click the What do you want to join to this layer?
- Click the field on which the join will be based.
- Choose the table to join to the layer or table.
How do I merge a CSV file to an attribute table in ArcGIS?
The Add Join (Data Management) tool joins a layer table to another layer table based on a similar field.
- Open the ArcGIS Pro project.
- In the Contents pane, right-click the feature layer and click Attribute Table to display the layer data.
- Right-click the CSV standalone table and click Open to display the census data.
