Does Bing use OpenStreetMap?
In November 2010 it was announced that Bing has granted the right to trace from their aerial imagery for the purpose of contributing content to OpenStreetMap. - Go to Layer > Add Layer > Add XYZ Layer.
- Click New.
- Name as Bing Maps(as you wish)
- Click Ok.
- Select XYZ Connections as Bing Maps (Which you created now)
- Click Add.
How do you trigger a Street View?
Tap on a place marker
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Maps app .
- Tap on a place marker.
- At the bottom, tap the place name or address.
- Scroll and select the photo labeled “Street View.” You can also select the thumbnail with a Street View icon .
- When you’re done, at the top left, tap Back .

Street View Download 360
- Select where you’d like to save your 360 image on your computer.
- Paste the the URL in the “Panorama ID or URL field.
- Select the resolution of the image you’d like. Remember that if you select a high resolution, it may affect the performance of the app.
- Click Download Panorama and that’s it!
