How do I see plugins in QGIS?

Open QGIS. Click on Plugins ‣ Manage and Install Plugins…. to open the Plugins dialog. Click on the All tab. Here you will see a list of plugins listed.
 

How do I edit QGIS plugins?

Using the plugin

  1. Open some vector layers (e.g., from a PostGIS or WFS-T datasource).
  2. Save it as a project.
  3. Go to Database ‣ Offline Editing ‣ Convert to offline project and select the layers to save.
