Baggallini All Day Backpack: My New Go-To for Stylish, Organized Adventures
ReviewOkay, travel blogging is basically my life, right? That means I’m always hunting for the unicorn of bags: something that looks good, doesn’t weigh a ton, and can actually keep my chaos (I mean, essentials) organized. I’ve lugged around enough backpacks, totes, and crossbodies to fill a small store, so trust me when I say I get pretty excited when I find a winner. Enter the Baggallini Women’s New Classic Heritage All Day Backpack.
First Impressions: Love at First Sight? Pretty Much.
Honestly, I was digging the look of this bag straight out of the box. The black is super classic – goes with everything, you know? And the fact that it’s water-resistant? Huge win. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been caught in a downpour, frantically trying to protect my gear. Plus, it just feels light. The size is perfect too – not so huge that I feel like I’m packing for a month, but big enough to stash my iPad, a sweater (because airplanes!), my water bottle, and all the usual suspects.

Organization: My Inner Control Freak is Doing a Happy Dance
Here’s the thing: I’m not exactly known for being organized. My bags tend to be black holes where things go to disappear forever. That’s why I’m seriously obsessed with all the pockets and compartments in this backpack. Quick-access pockets for my phone and keys? Genius! Interior pockets that actually keep my lipsticks and chargers from tangling? Life-changing! And the removable RFID wristlet? Total peace of mind when I’m traveling and trying not to get scammed.
Taking it on the Road (Literally)
I recently road-tested this backpack on a quick trip to Asheville, NC, and it was a game-changer. It slid right under the airplane seat, and the adjustable straps made it comfy to wear all day while I was wandering around the city. Seriously, I walked miles! And the key loop? Saved me from that awkward fumble outside my Airbnb at midnight.
Okay, a Couple of Tiny Downsides…
Alright, no bag is perfect, right? I did notice that the straps have a tendency to slip off my shoulders sometimes, especially when I’m wearing a jacket that’s a little slick. And, if I’m being totally honest, the straps weren’t the most comfortable after wearing it for hours with a super-heavy load. But hey, maybe that’s just a sign I need to pack lighter!
The Verdict: This Bag is My New BFF
Even with those minor quirks, the Baggallini All Day Backpack has officially become my go-to bag. It’s stylish, it’s lightweight, and it keeps me (relatively) organized, which is a miracle in itself. If you’re on the hunt for a versatile, functional backpack that can handle everything from daily errands to weekend getaways, you seriously need to check this one out. You won’t regret it!
The Good Stuff:
- Super cute and goes with everything
- Feels like you’re carrying air
- Pockets for days
- Keeps your credit cards safe from sneaky thieves
- Straps adjust to fit just right
- Never lose your keys again!
Things to Think About:
- Straps can be a little slippery
- Might not be the comfiest for super-heavy loads
My Final Score: 4.5 out of 5 stars (Would be 5 stars if the straps were a little grippier!)
